What to include

When reporting an issue, include as much of the following as you can:

  • App version and build number
  • Device model
  • iOS version
  • A short description of what happened
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Whether you were using local-only data, Files backup/restore, or iCloud sync
  • Screenshots or screen recordings when they are helpful and safe to share

Common support topics

Backup and restore

Questions about Files export, JSON backups, iCloud Drive backup behavior, or restoring from a backup file.

iCloud sync

Questions about CloudKit availability, local-only use, sync status, or using Pathworth across devices.

Balances and records

Questions about account balances, transaction totals, recurring entries, budgets, cash flow, or net worth history.

Before sending sensitive data

Pathworth is a personal finance app. Please avoid sending financial records, backup files, account numbers, or other sensitive details unless they are necessary for the support request.

Financial advice

Pathworth Support can help with app behavior, bugs, and troubleshooting. It cannot provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
